Fuzzy Pillows, a little flat

We do love our pillows and matching throw, however the pillows (after being shipped) didn't seem to puff up to the expected pillow size. (Certainly not anywhere near the picture, though I can't remember how they felt in-store). Even after a week, ours feel more flat than filled in. Still we enjoy the way they elevate our living room furniture, and the color and style match well.
