Gentle WATER-based and doesn't dry out skin

I bought this because I needed a cleansing oil to remove residual makeup residue but this is actually water-based despite it being called a "cleansing oil". Nonetheless, it is a great gentle water based cleanser. It feels silky going on the skin and doesn't dry out skin which is a must since I have psoriasis. I also love that it is unscented. It's not a heavy duty cleaner on its own but cleans well when used with a good makeup removing product first.
