Coconut anything is a game changer. It's really healthy--the Sat Fat is fine for me. It helps balance hormones (skin, mood, energy). Coconut without added sugar like this is super great. The cream is way thicker and creamier than the milk so this is one of my favorite products. It was so affordable on sale that I got a 12 pack. I will say I took a star off for added guar gum because, for me, I would've prefered just two ingredients--water and coconut cream. The consistancy was a bit muddled for me. Usually with cream there's complete separation between water and cream in the can and you shake it up before or just know that going in to scoop super creaminess off the top, but this was not fully homogeneous or apart. Packaging was perfect for all 12 cans. Came on time and great price.
