Dissolve entire tablet in mouth. Do not chew. Do not swallow whole. Repeat every 2 – 3 hours, not to exceed 7 tablets in 24 hours. Take until symptoms are gone. To avoid minor stomach upset, do not take on an empty stomach. Do not eat or drink for 15 minutes after use. Do not eat or drink citrus fruits or juices for 30 minutes before or after use. Otherwise drink plenty of fluids. Children under 12 years of age: ask a doctor before use. Store between 15-29C (59-84F).

True Miracle Worker!
I thought this product was too good to be true but it does what it says it does! As soon as I feel the tickle in my throat(always the 1st indicator I'm getting sick), I dissolve a tab on my tongue. Typically, one does the trick. On rare occasions, I'll have to take a second tab. However, I never take more than two during a "sickness" because I've read about people losing their taste because of using this product. I wholeheartedly believe that's a possibility because of the taste and feeling it leaves on my tongue for at least 24hrs after dissolving just one tab. But, it has never failed me as long as I take it in the early stages of symptoms.

I have been taking these Zicam melts for about 10 years. I take them when I first start to feel signs of a cold (and I'm a teacher, so this is fairly often). They give my immune system a boost. Does what it says
I am a big Zicam fan for years, because it works. This particular version does have a better flavor than what I originally used, with a small after melt, mouth experience. If you use this product as directed, it definitely helps big time. If you take it at the first signs of ick coming on it can stop it in its tracks. If you take it after ick has kicked in. It does shorten the ick lifespan. This has been my experience with Zicam products. My biggest complaint about Zicam is the elimination of the sublingual drops, and now the mouth spray. Using those versions was like getting an immunization. But I still love Zicam because it's still kicks it when it's needed.
