Terrible experience.

My one star review is for the producer Modway, the supplier, and Hayneedle. I had to practically calmly chase down this order for ~1.5 months. It was set to arrive July 18, we didn't get it until Aug 8. No communication between supplier and Hayneedle. No status updates. I called at least 10 times and everytime I got conflicting info on the whereabouts of the set. It was sounding much like a fraudulent transaction and Hayneedle did very little to alleviate concerns. I would never use the services of either company again.
