All of our items come with a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery. You do not have to return to store in the event of defects/damages, just contact us, let us know the detailed problem and send us some pictures for confirmation, then you will get a refund, or reshipment.All non-seller mistake returns for refund are subject to 20% re-stocking fee and buyer should pay for the round-trip shipping fee.We only accept the return for original package. Please make sure that item has NO man-made sabotage. Used items will not be accepted for return.All colors on our website are for reference only, actual product colors may vary a little bit, due to different color settings of every screen device.Please note: most of our items are hand-measured, therefore the dimensions are for reference only, and may marginally deviate.We reserve the right to refuse any returns for objective reasons.
