I had 2 damaged strainer baskets and customer service sent me 1 because they don't sell baskets separately. I still thank them for what they did and I'll have still to purchase another total assembly to obtain just the basket.

Sink basket strainer a challenge to connect

I just bought this with the Karran sink. Looks great. We live in a salt environment so I knew a stainless sink drain would eventually rust and this will not so I am overall happy with the product. The only thing I would request is better instructions. The bottom piece of this drain is bigger than the typical bathroom sink drain. The p trap kit wouldn't work with it so I had to go back to the home improvement store to hunt for some plumbing parts to make things connect. Luckily I finally found something that worked.
