This item is a lot bigger than anticipated. The order as a whole comes in 3 different shipments which I think is where a lot of people were confused as far as claiming they were missing pieces because I assumed the same thing when I only received 2 packages (total of 5) which only contained a portion of the couch. However, I reached out to the seller and the seller responded quickly and confirmed there were 3 more packages to be received and provided tracking information to alleviate worry. ALL pieces have been received. There was no factory smell, and the quality is very nice. Comfortable, lots of room, and perfect height. We got lucky in receiving such quality sectional at a steal of a price! Have no regrets with this purchase.

It is a very nice couch although not difficult to put together just takes a very long time. A couple hours. It ships in 5 boxes. It is confusing because there is 1 of 3, 2 of 3 then 3 of 3. Then also another 1 of 3 and 2 of 3. That's it. You have the whole couch and are not missing pieces. I bought 2 sectionals for different family members because I liked it so much.
