Rug is a nice color (blue and white mix). I bought this washable rug with a rug pad to use in my kitchen, which has hardwood floors. I laid it under my anti-fatique mats and it's working out nicely on all counts. Generally speaking, it seems easy to wipe any spills from the rug. I have a similar rug near our back door.

Love this rug in the summertime

This rug is exceptional. I use it in the summers of Ca for our outdoor deck. We are right on the water and it holds up well in the heat and the occasional summer rain, as well as being sprayed on sometimes when I water my potted plants near the rug. Very nice as it keeps our feet protected from the hot deck during the day and also in the cool nights.
