Clasic short lived jacket, but order 2 sizes up

First, jacket material is knitted, not woven, but smoothly brushed. It just won't wear as well as a woven material. Second, jacket runs significantly small especially. in the shoulders. For example, I am 5'4'', 160 lbs and a 38D. I usually buy a Large, but got an XL in the jacket to accommodate a fleece. The jacket buttons snugly and I can hardly move my arms without straining across the back shoulders. Back it goes for the next size up.
