Great Job Cleaning and Easy to Use
The steam mop was easy to use and did a great job on the bathroom floors at our business. They had gotten pretty dirty and needed to be cleaned. I dreaded doing them with other manual cleaning methods and when I saw this on sale I thought it would be a great solution. It was just what I hoped it would be. The only confusion for me was in the online reviews and discussion people talked about cleaning solutions to use with it, including one from Bissell. The instruction manual says to only use distilled water and any chemicals can damage the machine. So, I only used distilled water and it worked fine. Still not sure about the Bissell cleaning or Pine sol options.

We love this steamer mop so much that we bought it for two additional family members. One is a senior citizen who is in a wheelchair. She is easily able to clean her floors while in her wheelchair, because the mop is lightweight and very maneuverable. I love the mop for myself, because I do not need to use cleaning chemicals, which I am allergic to. When I used the mop, the floors are clean enough to eat off of! (Not that I do so!) The first time I used the mop was right after washing my floor with a regular wet mop. I was astounded at how much dirt was still on my floor—the steam mop pad was black with dirt. The steamer pulls all the dirt from the cracks and crevices in the tile or vinyl.

She Loves it! It works great. She especially likes that the covers/pads are thick enough to work well. And, that it included more than one. It works so well, the covers get dirty quickly. Having 3 available is means she can finish without washing 1st. We may even get a few more to do more areas before having to wash them.
