Seller is extremely unprofessional %26 keeps messaging as if they do not speak English at first when I informed that they did not refund my entire order as requested. They only provided a partial refund for the purple case only. I had just placed the order but realized that it was not the correct item. And I immediately placed a second order for 3 of the correct cases %26 awaited my refund for the first order. Then in the next message, the seller messaged with great English %26 pronunciation. I stated about 5 times (different messages) to please cancel the entire order %26 refund the blue case %26 rose case because those cases were not refunded. Only the purple case was canceled %26 refunded from the order that consists of 3 cases although I requested a refund if the entire order. They refuse to refund the blue %26 rose case stating that they already refunded the entire order. Then turned around %26 messages that I only ordered a purple case %26 no green or pink case. I repeatedly message to inform that the cases that need to be refunded are the blue case %26 rose case but the seller is for some reason playing games %26 refuses to provide a refund. They message me like 15 or more times. Then they canceled %26 refunded the second order that I placed but still refuse to refund the first order that I requested a refund for. I have no words. Very unprofessional. I will requests a refund from Walmart. Please steer clear of this extremely unprofessional seller.

Order was never shipped, claimed they never got the order, when they were provided with a screen shot of the order the story changed to we are out of that color and can send another color in a week. Refused to offer any sort of compensation. reused to speak directly on phone only by text .
