Flexsteel Flex 6-Seat Fabric Sectional with Arm & Storage Ottoman in Taupe

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I absolutely love this gorgeous 6-piece sectional from Flexsteel. It came to my door in fourteen separate boxes. I opened all of the boxes and sorted them by seats, backs, arms, corner back sections and back pillows. I verified that each piece was in excellent condition, which they were. I double-checked that I had all of the clips, brackets and thumbscrews. As you can see from my pictures, for my first step, I placed the seat bases on the floor as to how I wanted them positioned. Then I connected the C-Clips to the seat bases. Then I attached the back sections and arms with the J-Brackets and C-Clips. I double-checked to make sure everything lined up properly. Then I set the Suspension into the seat bases, placed the cushions on top and added the back pillows. FYI…the most time-consuming part was unpacking the boxes and sorting the pieces, but it was not difficult to do. I was able to do it by myself. I was quite amazed how quick and easy the assembly was. Flex is upholstered with Livesmart Evolve fabric – a sustainably-made, high-performing fabric that is stain-resistant. I love the look of the narrow arms and the beautiful design. I selected the frost as I have darker gray walls, and it just looks so beautiful in my living room. This is an oversized sectional and love the deep seats. The back pillows do not take up too much of the seat. When I first sat down on the sectional, I thought wow. This is really a high-quality sectional. The upholstering on this set is excellent, top notch. It is so incredibly comfortable. I can't stop looking at it. Thank you Flexsteel for creating such a high-quality, beautiful sectional for my home.

My twelve year old son and I just set this up. He honestly could have done it all himself, except that I helped with aligning the sections in a couple areas. One adult can certainly assemble this. It was incredibly straightforward and required no tools, yet the connecting hardware is heavy duty and design is very well thought out. Because of these qualities, the finished sectional is very sturdy and also comfortable due to the Flexsteel springs and the cushions. My wife is accustomed to going in store to examine the furniture fabric and finish, so she didn't quite know what to expect. I can tell you she was highly pleased with the quality of the fabric and also noted that the pictures on the website are a very good representation of the color. (We purchased Frost). Shipping happened the same day we ordered, and we had our delivery all in one shipment just a couple days later (in the Midwest). Tracking numbers were sent and it was easy to plan for its arrival. I looked at LoveSac but feel that Flex is more comfortable because of the spring design, has more structure, and will hold up better. We couldn't be more happy with this product!
