Bookshelf Lacking Sufficient Screws

I have yet to be able to put the bookshelf together because the directions are ridiculous and hard to follow and then after all that the main screws are not long enough to hold it together so I have to go out and match up and buy longer screws in the quantity of 24x Terrible customer service and awful experience.
