I have found that just 2 level teaspoons per day have stabilized my blood sugar. I have hypoglycemia. My spouse also takes it and is pre-diabetic. My spouse's blood suger has also stabilized. This is purely anecdotal, but I have also noticed a cleansing effect of my liver. Trehalose is not a panacea, but is highly beneficial.
