installation issues

Assembly was very difficult. Instructions were not very clear. They did not tell you which direction the handlebars went in so you could easily swap them the wrong way. The holes for the screws did not line up. You had to bend the metal (which was hard to do) to make the holes line up properly. The wrong screws were used to screw the seat portion to the handlebars. they are nice when completed but it took very long to get done.

Perfect chaise lounge for lying out by the pool in the backyard. Product in good condition, delivered as expected, even earlier than predicted. I purchased two sets of loungers. Use QR code for video instruction on assembly, which took about 30 to 45 minutes for each chair.

Assembly was a bit difficult but manageable even by myself. Take note that the two arm rest parts are not symmetrical because the instructions do not draw attention to it and you'll have to figure out for yourself which side is the front and back. (I learned this the hard way.) I actually had to contact the manufacturer customer service because one of the mesh pieces was damaged in shipping. It was a positive experience and they shipped a replacement part. Overall, happy with these chairs. I think they'll last a few years which is fine for the price point.
