Nice Look but Frustrating
This product was installed during a remodel in 2016. We love the look and function of the fixture but temperature handle has become loose to the point that it detaches easily. It has loosened over time with normal use and now comes off when adjusting the temperature. What is your suggestion to alleviate this issue?

Not happy with this product
As you'll read in the Q&A section, this product is entirely plastic. When using the shower diverter, we get a drip/leak from the tub spout down the wall. Plumber suggested silicon taping the fitting. I have a hard time believing this issue isn't related to the cheap plastic material and the performance we're seeing. Very disappointed and don't know what to do now. Installed a few months ago in our brand new house.
