If there are any differences between this online warranty and the warranty included in the box with your product, then the terms of this online warranty supersede those included with your product. Dynojet Research, Inc, ("Dynojet") warrants Dynojet®-branded products against defects in material and workmanship for the period of one (1) year (Lifetime on belts). The warranty period begins with the date of original retail purchase. This warranty is made only to the original end-user purchaser ("you") of the product and does not extend to any subsequent purchasers or owners of the product. The "original end-user" is the first user who purchases the product directly from Dynojet or a Dynojet authorized retailer to put the product into service in any fashion. Please note that because Dynojet is unable to control the quality of Dynojet products sold by unauthorized sellers, unless otherwise prohibited by law, this warranty does not cover Dynojet products purchased from unauthorized sellers. If you have any questions about whether a seller is authorized, please contact us. It is your responsibility to establish the warranty period by verifying the original purchase date. Accordingly, to avoid dispute, you should register online at: https://www.dynojet.com/dynojet-product-warranty-registration/ within sixty (60) days after the date of purchase. Failure to register your product does not affect your rights under this warranty, provided you can verify proof of original purchase date in another reasonable manner. If you discover a defect, Dynojet will, at its option, repair or replace this product with a new or reconditioned product at no charge to you, provided you return it during the warranty period, with transportation charges prepaid, to Dynojet. (You can obtain additional information by contacting Dynojet at the address printed below). Prior to returning the product, you must obtain from Dynojet a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA#) by contacting Dynojet at the address or phone number below. You are responsible for packaging the product to be returned. Please attach your name, address, telephone number, and a copy of the bill of sale as proof of date of original retail purchase or registration ticket number, as well as a detailed description of the problem for which service is requested. If the repairs are covered by this warranty and if the product was properly shipped to Dynojet, Dynojet will pay the return shipping charges (domestic addresses only). This warranty applies only to Dynojet products manufactured by Dynojet that can be identified by Dynojet product trademarks, trade names, or logos affixed to them. This warranty does not cover: damage resulting from accident, misuse, abuse, or neglect and/or damage during any type of transportation resulting from improper packaging; damage to any product which has been altered in any fashion, including the alteration or removal of any Dynojet serial number; damage resulting from causes other than product defects, including and not by way of limitation, lack of technical skill, competence, or experience of the user, and/or failure to use the product in accordance with the instructions provided in the User’s Manual; and damages resulting from (i) service performed by an unauthorized person or entity, or (ii) tunes or other software not installed by Dynojet or provided by Dynojet via dynojet.com or other Dynojet-owned website. Any implied warranties including fitness for a particular purpose and merchantability are limited in duration to the period of the express warranty set forth above (up to one year from the date of original retail purchase). Some States do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitation may not apply to you. The remedies provided under this warranty are exclusive and in lieu of all others. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law and except as set forth in this Dynojet Limited Warranty, Dynojet hereby expressly disclaims liability and shall not be responsible for incidental, consequential and contingent damages of any kind or nature, including, without limitation: damages to persons or property, whether a claim for such damages is based upon warranty, contract, tort or otherwise; damages due to or arising out of the loss of data; or lost profits. Dynojet does not pay for labor in the removal or re-installation of the product. Dynojet shall not be responsible for any damages caused by the presence of error or omission in any of its manuals, instructions or related materials. This warranty does not cover any Oxygen Sensor. Some States do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from State to State.
