Smaller stone/larger band than expected

The pear shaped stone is much smaller than it appears in the listing. Maybe 1/3 the width of my finger. The setting is higher/more proud than expected. The ring also came with the wrong band and is a little big/looser than I hoped and expected based on other rings (I wish they offered half sizes). That being said it is a very beautiful ring and quality seems high… just not quality control.
