I do recommend sizing up, because you may need to trim tape to prevent the top of the tape from showing- in addition to- other variables like breast shape. The tape holds and adheres well. However, it is thin and delicate and will tear easily if not careful while removing and/or applying. It is not reusable but removes with ease. I'm a natural 38DD purchased DD.
