I had my doubts when it came to the velvetiness. I was after a traditional flannel set because flannel is just a magnificent woven cotton. it's like an electric blanket but without the electricity your body heat is the heat. I took a chance and I decided to go with this soft velvet one and I am so glad I did. it definitely Cooks you and you got to have that fan on at least that is how it is for me my animals absolutely love snuggling in it the top sheet becomes more of a blanket rather than a top sheet I wish that they would sell these singly so that I can just grab some top sheets and throw out here on my sofa for those chilly evenings to just cover up with. these will make an excellent gift idea if you need to give somebody a gift or not sure what to give them give them a set of these velvet soft flannel sheets to keep them nice snuggly and warm.

I haven’t purchased sheets for myself in over a decade, when these arrived today I opened them up and was so excited! Sometimes reviews don’t match what you get and these did not disappoint! I cannot wait to get into bed tonight! Best Christmas purchase for myself in a long long time. The top sheet feels more like a thinner plush blanket vs a sheet, so even though these are probably marketed for colder months use- I’m going to use them year round! As soon as I make sure they hold up well, my plan is to order all the colors! My kids are even asking for a set for themselves! These sheet sets feel amazing and the deep pockets and corner elastic supports seem like it’ll help hold them on. Can’t wait to get to bed!
