Damaged or used product

The lid on the box is broken , so the lotion is all over the shipping bag. The broken piece of the lid is not inside the package. That is so weird., probably it is done intensional. cannot believe I was shipped a damaged product by Walmart. This seller should be banned selling from Walmart website.
