NOT FLUX CORE

will not weld at all just beeds up, i am very disappointed. i tried on different thickness of stainless. and went up on the settings from lowest to highest by 10percent ant a time . this is NOT FLUX CORE!!!!!! and when i went to do a return it says cant do it at this time- i tried to return first.

Hello Garret! Sorry for your negative experience with our wire. 308LFC-O uses a globular transfer method as opposed to other common flux cored wires such as E71T-11 which use a spray transfer, or a short circuit transfer like ER70S-6. This globular transfer method beads up, as you mentioned, at the end of the wire. However, unlike other flux cored wires, E308LFC-O runs on DCEP (Direct Current Electrode Positive, ground in negative terminal). We have had very few issues with this wire when it is set up correctly. Hopefully you were still able to get the job you were working on done.
