Handles got hot. Keep hot pads handy. Find a different nonvent lid for rice, otherwise you will run out of moisture too soon. My old Paula Dean fit perfect. I used ot one time for pilaf casserole and it is fantastic. Ground beef cooked perfect, onion sauteed great,fideo browned, rice browned, green beans done perfect. Excellent meal, clean up easy. Perfect pan. Cant wait to try some pot stickers! Then some red rice and stir fry. Gonna wear it out.
