Disappointed

I ordered this as a very special birthday gift. When it was unwrapped the statue was broken at the girls ankle and the boys tie. I called customer service was amazing each time I received 2 more after that hoping to get one in 1 piece all 3 I received were broke in the same locations. This is the sweetest statue if they could just figure out whats happening during molding or packing ????
