Possible fire hazard

Cord is super short, it also gets very hot and sparks when you plug it in. There is no light to determine if its charging or not. It seems to fit my sons jeep and charged it enough to drive around but I only used it once due to me being scared it would start a fire or fry his jeep since it gets so hot
