Tires are great- Tire Center not so great

The tire center employees were rude and unable to do their job. We had to take the vehicle to another location for them to loosen the lug nuts because Walmart claimed they could not. We were there for three hours on what I was told would be 30 minutes The tires look good and seem to be good quality but the service from Walmart auto center in Portsmouth was horrible

These tires although are economical have a great look to them: they are just right for the changing weather. Like any good manufactured tire; with proper balancing these tires run very smooth on my Mercedes ML 350
