Love the heat, but needs redesign for safety

I was excited to get this unit for my bedroom. However, after purchase and plugging it in, I found that it might become an electrical fire hazard due to that there is no support for the bottom back half of the heater which makes the plug-in part detach a little from the outlet. Not having a secure plug-in makes this a fire hazard from possible electrical sparks. Otherwise, it performs as it's supposed to and keep my small bedroom warm. I make sure to turn it off when not in use, but watch over it closely when it's on. This problem can be solved wiyh a little redesign on the back of it.

DECEPTIVE PRACTICES and poor product quality.

TRS Recovery Services AFTER I ALREADY CANCELLED: I told them I do not want the heater as it took almost three weeks to come. I cancelled the order through WALMART. Then they wrote back stating I can keep the merchandise when it arrives because there is a defect. I get the heaters; they are okay, nothing special, and the plug-in is a design flaw for sure; They do not stay on the wall properly. The next thing I get a notice from TRS collection agency for the amount and an additional 30.00 fee. What the heck?!
