These are strong enough to hold LifeAlert or any other brand buttons for seniors and since they have to wear every day, they are attractive chains also. Both chains I purchased were 28” as then they can tuck under their shirt and it does not accidentally bang the button and call and ends up between their breasts so there is no lump showing - only the attractive light weight chain at the top. Great Christmas present for seniors on your list!
