Sizing is way wrong!

I went by the size chart under the product description. My daughter weighs about 30lbs. I've been buying size 5T for the spring/summer season, which has been working out well, of course different brands have some variability. These shorts could have fit my 12 yr old daughter, they were huge! The bottom was so baggy %26 large Im not sure when my kiddo will be able to use them. The material looks %26 feels thin %26 cheap as well, it doesn't look like the same shorts in the picture, the picture looks more solid, and better material.
