Gets the job done for $30

Let's be clear - this is a $30 rod. Had it cost ten times that amount - and some fly rods do - I wouldn't be giving it such a high rating. But for $30, I was able to get on the river and fishing, and I didn't have to worry about how to bring my “good” rod on the trip. That this rod collapses into four parts is an added bonus, since you can take it anywhere. And the best part? Whenever I made a truly bad cast, I could just blame “the dang $30 fly rod.”
