Unusable pen--don't buy from this supplier

Was not usable. Too thick and gooey to flow out of pen. Took about 10 min. to get any down but it never made it to the tip. tried contacting customer service by phone and email multiple times without response. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY. Also, a report to Walmart went unanswered as well. In this case I didn't get what I paid for.
