One Monitor Used Heavily Scratched - doesn't match

Took over. month to get monitors, messaged only Walmart could get a response. Advised related to equipment delay. Just opened one screen is used, heavily scratched, front, back, looks like it's been in a fight, screen sizes do not match. Items were supposed to be new, one is no scratches and not Del. I'm unsure if they even work very disappointed!
