On the White

The North Cascades near Leavenworth, Washington are a rugged and special
place to live today. Over 100 years ago, it was more so. On the White follows
the life of a young newlywed couple that spends their honeymoon traveling by
wagon from Walla Walla to a new home they hope to find in the Wenatchee
Valley. Once there, they find a valley of great beauty and amazing resources.
They make fast friends and experience adventure and tragedy. This historical
fiction is based on numerous stories passed down from the pioneers of this rich
little valley.
