related material . Suggested by experiments to determine the final curing process .

Positioning time :

10 seconds -125w Philips high-pressure fluorescent , 4 mW / cm ⊃2; UVA

Full cure time:

180 seconds -125w Philips high-pressure fluorescent , 4 mW / cm ⊃2; UVA

Typical cured properties:

Tensile shear strength (GB 7124-86) overlapped area of 25 × 12.5 = 312.5mm2: glass / stainless steel , ≥ 10MPa

Instructions For Use

The adhesive surface clean, dry and free of grease , you can wipe with acetone , hair dryer .

The UV lamp positioned curing , the curing rate is dependent on the glue to absorb light energy from the

light source associated with , the light transmittance material and other factors .

The operation should not squeeze too hard to be sticky , and shall not be repeatedly moved apart

adherend.

Using the rest of the glue not fall back to the original packaging to avoid contamination.

K-300 is a modified UV or visible light curing acrylic adhesive, low odor, high transparency, high bonding strength,low viscosity, easy deaeration , typically used in large- area glass crystal bonding, such as : glass mosaic,glass crafts, crystal crafts.

Storage: This product is sensitive to light and heat , you need storage in a cool, dry place, away from light below 28 ° C, valid for one year .

Notice
