“5-star ‘cut my fingers off' review,” according to my wife. She absolutely loves the knife—it handles beautifully. She's never had a well-balanced, truly sharp knife before, so she nicked up a few fingers in the first couple of days. That said, she's still happily cutting away and getting more accustomed to just how effortless the blade is.
