They look the same, but sit differently

We have purchased two sets, a total of four chairs. Although we really like the chairs: the style, color, and the construction seems to be done well, each chair seems to sit a little different. They all appear to be the same, but when you sit on each one individually the cushioning seems to be different. Not necessarily in a bad way, but it is apparent and seems unusual for them sit differently. We have had guests who have noticed it as well as our family.
