Refurbished PC Works Great!

Desktop PC works great! If you are thinking about going the refurbished route, ensure you get one that specifies all the stuff you want... for example, make sure the description details specify that it comes with wireless network capabilities (wifi), Microsoft Office, a computer monitor, and any other devices or capabilities you want. Don't just assume it will come with these things, unless it states that it does. The PC I got was in great condition. I opened the PC to look at the internal components, and it was super clean on the inside (no dust... it was like new). It even looks like they replaced some of the parts to ensure it was new and up to date. I've been using this computer for a couple weeks now. Performance is great. I'm very pleased.

Think before you buy "refurbished"

Purchased this refurbished computer and couldn't get it connected to internet box. Spoke with AT&T and they walked me through the whole process, although I have done it alone several times before. No matter what we did, it wouldn't work. Took it back to store and got a refund. Bound a new one and it works perfect. I have purchased a refurbished phone from a cell phone provider once. It worked fine. Apparently, refurbished computers are so great.

Not a good experience

This came with screws missing to hold the side on and a cracked power cord. But the worse part was that it wouldn't even power on. So needless to say it went back to Walmart, It was a total waste of my time. Obviously, no one checked it out before shipping. Refurbished would mean someone would have fixed any issues. That was not the case with this one.
