Not an outdoor rug despite title/desc

Had this rug for a little over a year on our patio. It claims to be 100% plastic except it mildewed all the time and turned a moss green color despite constantly washing it off to keep it clean. When we finally threw it away it ripped apart just from rolling it up and smelled horrible. Probably fine as an indoor rug, but any claim it's fine for outdoors is misrepresented.
