The cable unit comes with built-in CLKREQ# and wake# signals. U.2 (SFF-8639) PCIe Gen4 Cable comes with different built-in features such as SFF-8639, 30u” connector, Output Discharge Control, protection against thermal shutdown and Over/Under Voltage, maximum of 5.5A output current, LED1 RED Blinking, LED2 GREEN, LED3 GREEN, FET Operation, PWM 12V to 3.3V synchronous buck converter, ESD HBM (Human Body Mode)/500V, and fault alert. The unit is feasible with SFF-TA-1001 Rev1.1, PCIe SFF-8639 Module Specification Rev 3.0,PCI Express M.2 Specification Version 1.2, and NVM Express 1.3a.
