SAFE, HEAVY-DUTY RESISTANCE BANDS MADE IN THE USA FitCord Fitness is an American Company specializing in resistance training bands for Exercise, Workout, Home Gyms, Pilates, and overall Fitness. Our Ultra-Light resistance level is always Yellow and is the ideal resistance for anyone just beginning their fitness journey or for anyone who is trying to increase mobility. This is a beginner band but is often used by our customers for warm-up when they have graduated to a higher resistance level. Ideal for anyone 60+ in age, under 15 years old, in a wheelchair, confined to a bed or recovering from an injury, or simply for post-op rehab.
