Poor customer service
Rug was fine but ordering through Wal Mart is not! They ship with Overstock, so communication after the order is placed is transferred to Overstock. I contacted them to tell them the rug didn't work in my space. They are charging me $43 to return the rug!! I will NEVER order through Wal Mart again. Plenty of other companies offer free returns. Use them instead!
