Koikeya Pride Potato - Salt-Free Chip 55g

I visited Japan (Tokyo) in January 2025, so I'm familiar with their snacks. When I saw a Japanese potato chip brand available on Walmart, I was excited and ordered two packs. Shipping took a while, but the bigger problem was the condition of the items. One pack arrived deflated — no air inside, and the chips were soft instead of crispy. The second pack had air, but I could already hear that the chips inside were all crushed. When I opened it, I was right — everything was in small, crumbly pieces. Considering the price, this was very disappointing. I immediately contacted the seller, but all they said was “Thank you for letting us know so we can improve.” No empathy, no refund, no replacement — nothing. For any seller who values customers, that's just basic courtesy. The chips also tasted bland and lacked flavor. Overall, not worth the money. I wouldn't recommend this product or the seller, and I won't be buying from them again.
