It's okay…. Took awhile to arrive… bought for my two teenage daughters to share in the kids bathroom but it's not a metallic shiny metal aluminum… it's more of a hard cheap looking plastic…. ugly darkish green product… also had a few scratches up and down on the sides. I'll keep as a backup but will definitely be trying another brand for main use instead. Does have both settings of a warm and a cool setting. Very small and compact. Reminds me kinda of like a hotel or motel hair old style hair dryers that hang on the wall lol
