The pitfalls of Walmart Local

Walmart is apparently the one that provides the delivery. I ordered two but got one and that was melted. The ice cream shop does not communicate with to the driver that he needs ca a cooler etc. and the ice cream shop does not tell him either. Too many hands. Never again. I go to the store myself.
