I've been wearing Mizuno sneakers for the past 3 years. I need a neutral sneaker and these feel great. If I get sneakers that are for over pronation they throw my whole body off effecting my knees, hips and back. Not a good thing ! A lot of sales people do not know which sneakers are neutral and which are stability so I can't always depend on what they tell me. Always a Mizuno Fan.

In the past I always wore Wave Creation for my long runs, but when looking to purchase a new pair I looked into these. Supper nice cushioning for pounding the road but yet light. The fit is great even in the toe area where some have been a little tight there. Now training for another 1/2 marathon and found nothing to complain about with this shoe, they are great!
