Instructions
In the evening only, apply a pea-sized amount after cleansing. Use twice per week, gradually increasing application frequency to every other night, and then advancing to each evening or as tolerated. Follow with the appropriate moisturizer.Note:It is important to wear a broad spectrum SPF during the day when using this product at night, since retinol is sun sensitizing.

Esthetechinican recommended Retinol when I was 55 yrs old and I'm still using it 5 yrs later. Dermatologist recommended as well. All my life and still am an outdoors woman and my face was feeling a little rough and using Retinol every evening after washing my face with a small dab of moisturizer on my forehead has smoothed my skin. My skin is slightly oily. I've always used moisturizer, sun screen, etc trying to take care of my skin without forefeiting the outdoor activities. I love this product!
