The CC3 is for the hairline at the nape of the neck at the end of the blow dry, by tilting the client forward and flipping all the previously blown out hair forward. For best results, mix and match 2-4 sizes for a multidimensional blow look. These are our suggestions, but mix and match, break the rules, question what you have been told.
