I highly recommend this product - claims 94% effectiveness. for me there are no side effects, strongest spermicides used. Your choice to use with condom or alone. (Product doesn't help prevent "std's" if used alone). There are No side effects from hormones with this product because there are none, like the ones associated with birth control pills. I 100% recommend this product! As always follow your doctors advice. 5 Stars from me!!
