Acer Aspire Laptop

Wanted a mid-range reliable laptop with good speed, graphics & display, hard drive storage, etc., and so far so good. I've only purchased less than a month ago so I would not expect anything to be wrong with it, and there is not. Easy to set up, solid build quality, simple and attractive computer. It does not feel cheap in any sense and my wife has taking a liking to it over her HP that has had several problems. It doesn't come per-bundled with too many annoying programs, with the exception of McAfee Virus Protection (free trial) that I immediately replaced. All in all two thumbs up.

More than meets the eye

The computer arrived promptly and well packaged. Once plugged, I was pleasantly surprised at how little bloatware was pre-installed. Not much else to say about the operating system other than it's Windows 10 (love it or leave it). All installed apps/programs open quickly and run smoothly. One thing to note is that, while the package states that you get a corei5 6200u, the laptop I received actually came with a corei5 7200u. Yes, you read that correct, this came packed with Intel's Kaby Lake i5 processor. If you don't need a 4K display or a gaming laptop this unit is a great value. I highly recommend it.
